We can create a beautiful custom set of drawings for you.  This involves meeting with you, the homeowners, to develop the dream home that you want.  The drawings will be detailed in full, including finishes and specifications.  The intent is that not only will the final set of drawings be ready for the building department, but ready for bids from homebuilders and sub-contractors.  During construction we are available for questions and field visits to ensure that your project progresses smoothly.

Choose from a variety of original plans that have been architecturally designed for our unique region.  Pricing is competitive and turn around time is quick.  The plans are detailed but do not include finishes and interior details.

Design/Build Option

We have teamed up with select builders to offer a design/build approach which includes a set of home designs unique to each builder.  Many builders also have lots to choose along with plans.  Plans can be customized and modified to suit each homeowner.

Do-It-Yourself Home

For the do-it-yourselfer, bring in a home plan you like and we’ll develop a solid building department submittal set for your use.  We will visit your site, develop a site plan and take care of storm water management drawings, septic-sewage issues and utility requirements.  Drawings will be complete along with structural detailing and ready for your builder!
